Our client’s inspiration for Love to Rent was the realisation that there wasn’t a place online to market quality rented homes - property portals tend not to differentiate between buy-to-let / private rented homes, and homes built specifically for rental. We developed the site to allow users to find quality, purpose-built rental properties, save searches & apartments and contact apartment owners to secure their property.
Just over a year post-launch and overall site traffic is up 78%, with organic traffic increasing by 120%, saving our client a considerable amount in advertising costs alone.
